Qin, Seven Months Old

HaPpy SeveN Months Old!

I am 7 months old!!

Popo always said me “ boh geh” when Im smiles….
Nowadays, mummy said I am quite a good discipline.....why???

Morning wake up at about 6:30 to 7:00 am....normally Gong Gong will bring me for 'walk walk' lor…
After 1 hour, Popo will bring me pong pong (My favorite time!!), then will give me milk milk before nap sleep. Popo said me always sleep 30mins nia.. then play for a while… less than 1 hour Gong Gong will asked me to sleep again…
Me just starting semi solid nia…coz Im premature baby mah..so mummy afraid me will choking….......
but Doctor said… “In fact, can start giving Qin solid food at age of six month, regardless prematurity. The most important determined factors to assess Qin readiness for solid foods are, head control is ok, can sit on bouncing chair, knows how to open mouth, take in the food, chew and swallow.

Doctor also said that don't use force. If Qin is not ready, try next day. Start with small amount, say two spoons of cereal at lunch time, and slowly increase the quantity. Also, make the cereal texture softer at the beginning and offer some water between the feeds”…
However, Qin now still cannot sit without supporting…so mummy said to try solid food later lo….

After evening nap at around 5:00 to 6.00pm time, Popo bring me pong pong again (Happy time!!) then Gong Gong & Popo bring me take a ride (so nice, it’s my daily activity)...

Around 7:30pm, Popo start preparing me to sleep....Before sleep, Im will play play with Popo first then must drink milk milk before I sleep around 8:00pm.
